No. There is no fee. You will never pay Kizash a penny.

Kizash receives a certain amount of revenue per ad running on the portals of the Kizash Network and retains up to 50% of this amount to pay for expenses, equipment, maintenance, expansion, etc. The remaining 50% becomes the member payout, and goes directly to those members who own the creations on which the ad was displayed. Each member receives an amount proportional to the number of page views their creation received while running the ad versus the total number of page views for that ad code during the payment period.

For example: Kizash determines that a certain ad was running on projects during 1,000,000 page views. If Creation A ran the ad for 10 days and received 10,000 page views each day, Kizash would expect that the ad was displayed 100,000 times on that creation during that time. Therefore, the owner of Creation A would receive 100,000/1,000,000 or 10% of the member payout. If Kizash received $2,000 for the ad views site-wide, the creator of Creation A would receive 10% of $1000, or $100.

While you will never owe money to Kizash, Kizash members are responsible for the amount of bandwidth that is consumed by their creation. A creations that is 1Mb costs twice as much to serve up as one that is only 500Kb. The cost of the bandwidth to serve up the creation is deducted from the member's revenue payout. But don't worry. We buy our bandwidth in bulk and pass the savings directly to our members, so bandwidth is cheap. Plus, you are never responsible for a negative balance in the unlikely event that one should occur. Ever.

The member who submitted the creation retains full ownership of the creation. Kizash may display the creation for the duration of the contract period, one year. The member may renew the contract before it expires.

Yes. Your agreement with Kizash is non-exclusive. You can showcase your creation anywhere you want or sell merchandise related to your creation anywhere. However, Kizsah does not allow or condone hotlinking. Kizash takes great strides to protect your content (especially easily stolen flash content) from being copied and shown elsewhere without your permission.

Kizash strives to make content equally available to many different browsers, but in particular Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera. The easiest way to check for cross-browser compatibility issues would be to download a copy of each browser and view your page from within each one. There are also many web sites on this topic.

For now, Kizash is limiting creations to a single page and template. In the future this may change. If you have a special situation, please contact support@kizash.com.

Kizash supports most common graphics, music, and video file formats appearing within a creation. Supported file extensions include: .asf, .au, .avi, .bmp, .gif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .mov, .mp3, .mpeg, .mpg, .png, .psd, .qt, .swf, .wav, and .wmv.
