Most Page Views

Most Revenue Generated

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contest is open to registered members of the Kizash Network. All decisions and rule interpretations made by Kizash staff are final.

Simply submit a creation. If that creation gets approved by the Kizash staff, it will automatically be eligible for the "Most Page Views" contest. The owner of the project will automatically be entered in the "Most Revenue Generated" contest. The contest winners will be determined at the completion of each calendar month. Entrants must have a valid PayPal address on file, as prize payments will be awarded via PayPal.

Winners for each of the prizes will be chosen based on the statistical data collected from the Kizash server logs. Prizes will be credited to the winner within a week of the end of each monthly contest period. Entrants need not be present to win. Winners will be notified via email when their paypal payment is received. Winners may be posted on any Kizash web site at the discretion of Kizash. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, creation descriptions, and still images for online posting and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

The specified number of winners will be chosen for each contest. Winners will receive monetary payouts in United States Dollars (USD) in the amounts listed. Winners will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with their prizes. Any costs and expenses associated with the creation of your entry are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners may not assign, transfer or substitute prizes.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible creations submitted and the number of members submitting those creations.

Kizash contests are open to all Kizash members in good standing. Employees of Kizash and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Kizash reserves the right to disqualify members who violate any terms of the Kizash Terms of Service.

Kizash is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical or other problems. Kizash is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in a Kizash contest.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE KIZASH WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF A KIZASH CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Kizash reserves the right to cancel a Kizash contest if it becomes technically corrupted.
